RIF Luminaires products are designed, tested and manufactured in our workshop in Marseille.
Here are some of the steps involved.
Machining
RIF Luminaires in BRUT finish are made from 100% natural MDF from French forests and glued with a bio-based glue made from rapeseed and sunflower residues.
To optimise the material, we mix the models and interweave the branches. It's a real Tetris!
Sanding and cleaning
An essential step, sanding is carried out branch by branch! Each one is then checked by the production team, and cleaned to remove all traces of dust.
A final check is carried out at the time of packing, with a final wipe.
Elastic production
The elastic bands around the Singing and Twist models are also produced in our workshops. They are braided, cut, glued and welded by our little hands, always with a great deal of love...
