Moonshadow's inspirations
The Moonshadow wall light was born from a flurry of diverse ideas and inspirations. It is first and foremost an ode to the phases of the moon—a positive and poetic tribute. The wall light can be positioned at various angles, allowing you to play with the spaces and create dynamic lighting effects.
Through its colors and the apparent simplicity of its shapes, the Moonshadow wall light also pays tribute to Robert and Sonia Delaunay. The simplicity of their forms and the brilliance of their colors continue to captivate us.
Its creation
The initial designs were not successful—they were too flat and too childish. Then the idea of incorporating relief emerged, and Agnès created a new sketch that won over the entire team. After extensive work on the mounting system and the stability of the cantilever, the first prototypes were born.
Its material
Moonshadow is primarily made from recycled plastic. To minimize its carbon footprint, the plastic is collected, shredded, and processed in France.
The manufacturing process makes each lamp unique and, of course, 100% recyclable.
Choosing name
Naturally, the moon was the most obvious choice for a product name linked to music. There are many songs on this theme... but few that convey the values of optimism and dynamism.
